In accordance with the No Surprises Act and federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, we are required to provide all employees a link to a publicly available website to access our health care providers in-network and out-of-network rates.  Humana has provided the below public website link to access their published negotiated payment rates for in-network providers and their allowed amounts for out-of-network claims:

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and include negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and health care providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers to more easily access and analyze data”.
