In his 24 years of business experience, Michael has provided advisory solutions; represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in commercial real estate transactions and was a tax advisor at the start of his career.
In his role at KapilaMukamal, Michael provides litigation support and bankruptcy advisory and consulting services for commercial litigation matters and business operations oversight.
He has previously consulted on a number of disputes involving commercial real estate, condominium-hotels, developers and creditors, shareholders, financial institutions, fraud victims and accounting malpractice. Michael’s prior representative engagements include:
