Melissa Davis Named to ABI Committee

 

Melissa Davis, CPA, CIRA, CFE, a partner at KapilaMukamal, has been named to serve on the Fraud Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute for 2016. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the ABI Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.

Ms. Davis co-authored “Fraud and Forensics:  Piercing Through The Deception In a Commercial Fraud Case,” ABI (2015) and has published several articles in the ABI Journal including “Ponzi Schemes:  Fiduciaries May Be The Saving Grace” (2014) and “Rising Tide In The Wake of Ponzi” (2013.)
