Soneet R. Kapila was selected as Chief Administrator to oversee the development of seven land development and home building construction projects in different subsidiary entities in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. The Florida projects included Cascades at Sarasota and Rio Mar both in Sarasota, Florida and Cascades at World Golf Village in St. Augustine. Georgia projects included Seasons at Laurel Canyon in Canton, Seasons at Seven Hills in Sharpsburg, and Seasons on Lake Lanier in Gainesville. The South Carolina project was Seasons at Prince Creek West in Murrells Inlet.
