Mukamal was retained to provide expert witness services involving testimony on behalf of a small market oil and gas distributor and their antitrust claim against a mid-market oil and gas supplier and major oil company. Analysis involved the quantification of lost profits resulting from the antitrust allegations and forensic analysis of the business performance, performance of the middle market supplier and the oil and gas industry.
