Professional Experience
Ms. Khanorkar specializes in providing financial advisory services to all constituents in insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership proceedings. Her experience encompasses solvency analyses, identification and analysis of preference and fraudulent transfers, claims analysis and distributions, and litigation support for plans of reorganization.
She has assisted court-appointed receivers, trustees and examiners with the investigation and recovery of misappropriated assets in Ponzi or other fraudulent schemes, and in matters involving operational wind-down and asset liquidation.
Ms. Khanorkar has also been involved in investigating director and officer litigation involving publicly traded entities and in the investigation of fraud and embezzlement involving offshore entities.
