KM represented the SEC Receiver and several EB-5 investors on the Jay Peak EB-5 Project forensic accounting investigation in tracing the use of funds associated with their investment in Jay Peak and Q Burke.
KM has represented dozens of investors, NCEs and JCEs in varying states of the EB-5 investment process. KM regularly works with EB-5 lawyers and issues Expert Reports to be used in litigation with USCIS.
