The Board of Directors of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) has elected Kevin McCoy as a member of the Board for a three-year term. Each board member participates in one or more AIRA activities including educational programs, annual conferences, receptions, CIRA, CDBV, membership, newsletter, promotion and special projects.
Kevin is a Principal with KapilaMukamal, LLP and joined the firm in 2012. He concentrates on providing forensic investigation, bankruptcy consulting and litigation support services to debtors, creditors, receivers, bankruptcy trustees and other fiduciaries. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and Certified Fraud Examiner.
He is a recipient of a Certificate of Distinguished Performance Award presented to individuals with exceptional scores on the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors CIRA exam.
