Professional Experience
Ms. Weiss concentrates on forensic investigation and litigation support services and she has assisted on projects working in conjunction with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Ms. Weiss has conducted fraud investigations and performed transaction-tracing analyses to calculate economic damages and to identify flows of funds. She has constructed databases of financial data in order to perform forensic analyses and has created exhibits summarizing the results. Her experience also includes generating equitable distribution analyses for divorce litigation.
