Professional Experience
Meredith coordinates the administration of the Trustee’s Chapter 7 cases with strict adherence to the United States Trustee’s guidelines and the United States Bankruptcy Code. Her responsibilities including government financial reporting and record keeping, identifying and marshaling case assets, forensic investigations and analysis, marketing and sale of real estate, vehicles and other case assets, and preparing and filing pleadings with the court.
Meredith performs investigations into the debtor’s pre-petition transactions and inter-related party transactions and fraudulent conveyances, searches for concealed and hidden assets. She coordinates with outside legal counsel on complex case issues.
Meredith also assists the Firm with case management for Receivership appointments, Chapter 11 cases, and other non-traditional appointments. She handles quarterly financial reporting, financial analysis of professional fees, calculation and preparation of complex distributions for creditors, and preparation of fee applications.
