Professional Experience
Mr. Diaz-Drago concentrates on providing forensic investigation, bankruptcy consulting and litigation support services to Bankruptcy Trustees, Receivers and other fiduciaries and has assisted on projects working in conjunction with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
He has investigated and tracked the flows of funds in Ponzi schemes, including fraudulent and preferential transfers. He has assisted in bankruptcy-related financial reporting including Debtor-in-Possession monthly operating reports and administration of claims.
