As Examiner, Barry E. Mukamal’s duties included the investigation of numerous post-petition condominium unit closings and pending condominium sales. The specific duties of the examiner were to assess any irregularities of transactional expenses related sales related expenses and fees. Mr. Mukamal prepared a Report for the Court including a detailed analysis of all sales fees transactions, demonstration of factual and analytical data and a recommendation that a bankruptcy trustee was not warranted.
