Soneet R. Kapila was the Court appointed Examiner of this international creator and worldwide developer of distinctive movie and entertainment-based theme restaurants and retail merchandise stores throughout the United States and Europe. He was selected as the Examiner upon the urging of the Committee of Unsecured Creditors to provide a means to investigate and report on the actions of the Board of Directors, transactions and business dealings of the Debtors with insiders and other related parties, the Debtors’ franchise and license network and possible claims and causes of action against the Board of Directors, insiders and other related parties. Following an extensive investigation, Kapila filed a three-volume report for consideration by the Committee, the Debtors and the Court.
