Barry E. Mukamal was appointed by the St. John’s County Court to serve two separate receivership estates located in St. Augustine, Florida, with the primary objective of overseeing all property operations and activities through the date of the foreclosure sale. Duties included (i) asset preservation; (ii) security and life/safety; (iii) emergency response; (iv) oversight of preventative maintenance; and (v) monthly accounting and activity reporting.
