As Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Trustee and subsequently the Liquidating Trustee of Palm Beach Finance Partner’s liquidating trusts, Barry Mukamal initiated litigation against former auditors and general partners of the Debtor. The litigation against former auditors due to professional negligence was successfully settled with multi-million dollar recoveries to the estate; additional settlement monies are expected from pending litigation against former general partners.
