Mukamal was retained as damages expert for the Taylor Bean & Whitaker Liquidating Trustee to testify with respect to damages exceeding $1.8 billion sustained by TBW and its affiliate, Ocala Funding, LLC as a result of the negligence of the entities’ auditors, Deloitte & Touche. The case was settled for an undisclosed sum.
