Barry Mukamal was appointed by the court to serve as receiver for an interrupted single family real estate development comprised of six completed homes, 10 incomplete homes and 15 vacant lots. Duties included securing of all real estate assets, placement of insurance, expense budgeting, accounting and bookkeeping, monthly reporting, identifying and negotiating with unauthorized occupants, evictions; revenue generation; liaison with homeowners association; and maintenance. Duties also included participation in the sale process. The plaintiff ultimately sold its final judgment of foreclosure.
