Iron Shore Indemnity, Inc. et al v. Banyon 1030-32, LLC
Barry E. Mukamal was retained as damages expert by the Chapter 7 trustee of the Banyon entities, which were a significant investor in the Rothstein Ponzi Scheme to calculate damages relevant to crime insurance policies purchased by Banyon. Analysis involved computation of losses with respect to each deal purportedly purchased by Banyon from Rothstein.
