Professional Experience
Mr. Bell concentrates on providing valuation, financial modeling, corporate development, M&A advisory, due diligence, forensic accounting, litigation support and restructuring services.
Mr. Bell’s experience includes spearheading a team that valued the tangible and intangible assets of a major corporation in conjunction with the implementation of Fresh Start Accounting following the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. He executed the sale of a precision spring manufacturer to a private equity-backed firm including confidential information memorandum, identification of prospective buyers and acting as a seller’s liaison with law firms and acquirer’s due diligence team through closing.
His international experience includes business valuations for several Russian companies including the largest energy corporations for GAAP restatement and financing purposes.
